Headache, fever and diarrhea! HELP!?

ok, so i woke up feeling light headed, i was going to drink tylenol but i had to use the restroom first. So i went and i have diarrhea. so i didnt drink the tylenol and i went back to bed because i felt dizzy and now i have a fever, it is difficult for me to even stand up because of the fever! my question is can i still take tylenol or motrin even though i have diarrhea? or what should i do to reduce the fever. If this keeps going tomorrow i will visit the doctor! please experienced people only thanks! :\
