HIV and how soon do symptoms show?

I had unprotected sex with 2 ladies last weekend after a day or so i had a high fever and sore throat for a couple days but is currently being treated with azithromycin. If this is HIV which I hope not, could the symptoms come this quick? I also took a test 4 days after I had the sexual encounter, and came back negative, and am going again in a few weeks.
