Does anyone know the number for animal control in Los Angeles?

I have neighbors who let their pitbulls on the loose without collars, and if their dog attacks mine they will try and make look like mine attacked theirs. My dog is tide up when i dont play with him, has about a 10 ft leash for enough space, but something were to happen, i'd like to know the number for animal control in Los Angeles. if there is none then the closest one to it.
