My shoulder is effing killing me help dear god please help.?

So yesterday morning I woke up crying because my shoulder hurts so bad, I can only sleep on my back and keep my shoulder to my sides, I'm always lay on my stomach or on my side I've never had a shoulder problem in my life, I'm 19 and it feels like its sore but on a much higher level I can't move it very much but I can bend my elbow and move my hands but to adust myself when im sitting or getting up it hurts so bad I'm pretty much doing everything with one hand, and I woke up with a fever yesterday too along with my arm any ideas?
