I dont know what is wrong with my left ear?? help.?

i went swimming saturday and got water in that ear i felt it swooshing around but it never came out, then i went swimming sunday and then i guess it made it worse, i didnt hear swooshing, i think it filled up more, and now it want pop i cant hear but only outta the right one. monday was a awful day, and i wonder if my ear is causing these problems. headache, dizzy, sore throat, runny nose, fever, and i feel like crap. todays tueday and i feel the same. cant hear. if it dont gett better, my mama was going to take me to the doctor, what happened???
