Does lake erie have high and low tide?

Yes, large lakes, including Lake Erie may have tides. There is just much less water in lakes than the oceans, leading to very small tides of only a few inches at most. In the Great Lakes, the winds tend to render even this change unnoticeable, so for all practical purposes the Great Lakes are non-tidal.
