Bubble/blister, 1mm in width under my top eyelashes of my eye. what is it?

ive started getting some bumps? whitish skin color bubbles under my top lash line of my eye. its 1mm in width and ive checked my other eye, and theres one there too but smaller but i can tell its gonna get bigger. what is it? will it go away? cuz i put makeup on and eyeliner on my water line and my tide line of my eye and when i put eyeliner on my top rims of my eye it hurts going over the bubble/blister thingo. i really hope it goes away. just wondering what its called and if it will ever go away and if i should go see a doctor. it doesnt hurt or bother me at the moment but i can tell if it gets any bigger it might. and if i look straight ahead looking at a mirror, u can tell theres a bump under my top lash line. i hope im making sense, i dont know 2 put it in any other words. thanks :)
